GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)

1. Introductory provisions
   These terms and conditions apply to purchases in the online store https://www.jawairat.com, operated by Coleez Commercial s.r.o., Company ID: 17429935, with its registered office at Krakovská 12, Nové Město, 110 00 Prague 1 (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”).
2. Conclusion of the purchase contract
   The PURCHASE CONTRACT is formed at the moment the Buyer sends the order. By sending the order (by clicking on the “Order binding for payment” button), the Buyer confirms that he has read these GTC and the Complaints Procedure.
3. Prices and payment
   All prices are final. Payment methods:

1. Withdrawal from the contract (Return of goods)
   The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receipt of the goods. The goods must be returned unused and undamaged to the company’s registered office. The costs of returning the goods are borne by the Buyer.
2. Complaints
   The warranty period for the goods is 24 months. The Buyer shall submit the complaint by e-mail to: info@jawairat.com.
3. Personal data protection
   The Seller is the administrator of personal data. The data is processed solely for the purpose of processing the order in accordance with the GDPR.

As soon as we hand over the shipment to the carrier, we will inform you by email with the tracking number.
